PM Modi greets people on Navratri

Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed the nation during the Hindu festival of Navaratri.The nine day festival, which started on October 10, is celebrated by the Hindus by worshiping Durga and many of her avatars. On the tenth day of the festival, when the people of North India overthrew the talents of Ravana, their brother Kumbhakarna and his son, Meghnad Rama, conquered the victory.

Modi wrote on the tweet “May Ja Jagdamba,” which brings good durga, happiness, peace and prosperity to everybody’s life, “Happy Birthday in Navaratri on Tuesday.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also wanted people at this time.”Happy everybody’s in the heart of Navaratri,” he wrote on Twitter. In West Bengal, Navaratri is associated with Durga Puja, which refers to the victory of Durga on the demon king’s majesty.

Durga is believed to have fought the demon for 10 days and nine nights. On the tenth day, Mahishasura was killed by Durga and is celebrated as Vijay Dashami. Former cricketer VVS Laxman, cabinet minister Ananth Kumar and Suresh Prabhu and Congress leader Ashok Gehlot were present. Laxman wrote on Twitter, “Devi’s divine power bless you and your family with health, happiness, love and prosperity, are you Happy New Year”.

Gehlot, former chief minister of Rajasthan, wanted the wisdom and happiness of everyone.This is the festival that worships Mother Goddess, my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of Navaratri, in its various ‘Swaropes’, filling our knowledge and happiness, our mind, the soul of the heart to be devoted to the Divine Mother, the creative power, “she said.

Union Minister Ananth Kumar said, “All the people in my country want to be happy, and the blessing of God is always on us.”

Civil Aviation and Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu wrote, “Durga Devi will destroy all the evils around you and fill your life with the prosperity and happiness of this Devi party.”

“Cherishing new beginnings with the arrival of Maa Durga at home. May Vaishno Mata bless my country.

HappyNavratri,” wrote SP Vaid, the former DGP of Jammu-Kashmir.
